I cannot tell you why or for what purpose a thought comes to my awareness. It is usually a single word that stalls in the everywhere of inspiration. Today that word is TRUTH—characterized by words like fact; reality; genuineness; honesty; candor; devotion, and veracity.
We all have our truths and our lies whether to the outside world or to the inner place I call our knowing. We even tell ourselves lies to support our sorrows or to escape the past. So, I ask again: “What Is Truth?”
This question begs an answer that I must solve for myself; as you must. YET TO FIND TRUTH YOU MUST UNEARTH YOU! There are, although I haven’t actually counted, thousands of truths others wish us to believe in order to rule in their truth… But is that ours?
The Ancient Greek saying “KNOW THYSELF” is not—it turns out—a cliché. Truths are truths whether they are lost in indoctrination or forgotten in education. The good news: Truth is never misplaced in linking to the universality of the mind of humankind.
